Job Description Job Description Description: Advocare DelGiorno Endocrinology is looking to expand our practice by hiring a full or part-time primary care physician to treat adult patients. We currently have 3 endocrine providers on site, including Dr. Charles DelGiorno, who started the practice in 2009, Dr. Ami Amin, and Shannon O'Brien, a nurse practitioner. In addition, we have a registered dietitian on site, Nicole Lawson, who performs dietary counseling, and insulin pump training. The new provider will only be performing primary care duties (no endocrine) including well visits, physicals, sick evaluations, follow-ups, and chronic care management. This is somewhat of a unique opportunity as we are looking for someone who has aspirations to become a partner in Advocare (no buy-in), although that is not required to apply.
