Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, offering
the opportunity to provide comprehensive services to a diverse
student population. This role is based in Lancaster, CA, with a
travel component, allowing for dynamic engagement across various
educational settings. The position is structured as a 33-hour
workweek, serving a caseload of approximately 55 students. While
onsite presence is preferred, virtual service delivery options are
also welcomed. Key responsibilities include: Conducting
comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored
to each student's needs. Collaborating with educators, parents, and
other healthcare professionals to support student progress.
Utilizing teletherapy techniques when providing remote services.
Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with
educational policies. Participating in ongoing professional
development and continuing education activities. Providing
mentorship and supervision if applicable, especially for clinical
fellows. Qualifications and experience desired: Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience
working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare
settings. Proven ability to deliver teletherapy services
effectively. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or
equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work both onsite and virtually as needed. Commitment
to student-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration. This
position offers flexible scheduling within a structured full-time
framework and a caseload that ensures meaningful impact on student

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53.
