Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise is sought for a contract assignment in Trenton, NJ. This role supports diverse surgical specialties, including general, gynecology, urology, orthopedics, neuro/spine, vascular, bariatrics, thoracic, ENT, and robotic surgeries. The position requires 1.5 years of experience circulating in the OR and offers the opportunity to work with new emergency general surgery (EGS) surgeons. Schedule: - Day Shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 11:00 AM 11:30 PM - On-call every four weeks, covering two 12-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday), one call shift, one backup, and two 8-hour weeknight call shifts (Monday through Friday) - Holiday coverage: One 12-hour call shift if a holiday falls during the contract Essential Qualifications: - Valid New Jersey RN license - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Minimum 1.5 years OR circulating experience - Familiarity with EPIC charging system preferred - Comfortable supporting a variety of surgical procedures, with robotics experience considered a strong plus - Willingness to circulate and manage multiple surgical cases - Open to first-time travel nurses Additional Details: - Scrubs are provided on-site - Schedule accommodations can be discussed prior to contract signing - Candidates must acknowledge the specific shift hours and on-call commitments before applying About the Location:Trenton, NJ, offers a rich blend of cultural history and urban amenities.
