Position Type: Contract evening shifts every other week (36 hours)
Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients
in a stepdown care setting, applying clinical knowledge and
critical thinking skills - Monitor patient status, manage treatment
plans, and respond promptly to changes in condition - Collaborate
closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient
outcomes - Maintain meticulous documentation following hospital
protocols and regulatory standards Qualifications: - Minimum of 3
years recent experience in Medical-Surgical/Progressive Care Unit
nursing - Current and valid New Jersey RN License - Current
American Heart Association certifications including BLS, ACLS, and
NIHSS - Flu vaccination required Applicants should submit a
