Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs - Hours: 36 hrs/wk - Start Date: Mar 16, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) telemetry position requiring a NJ or compact RN license and three years of recent MST/PCU experience. Details - Work in the PCU/MST (Medical Surgical Telemetry) unit of a hospital - Night shift schedule, 36 hours weekly with every other weekend required - Patient population typically includes complex medical and surgical cases with telemetry monitoring - Experience at a large level 1 trauma hospital is required Requirements - Active NJ or compact RN license required at time of application - Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required - NIHSS certification required - Minimum 3 years of recent experience as an RN in MST or PCU settings - Experience working in a large level 1 trauma hospital required - Flu vaccination required - COVID-19 vaccination and at least one booster required (religious exemptions accepted) Additional Information - Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac telemetry and caring for medical/surgical patients in a progressive setting - Must be able to work every other weekend as part of the scheduled shifts - All candidates are required to provide the last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-674406.
