Job Description:
At Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility, we pride

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor,
RN to join our leadership team. Our ideal candidate will oversee
the nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of care and
efficiency in service delivery. This role requires a combination of
clinical expertise and leadership skills, to support both our staff
and patients in achieving optimal health outcomes. Supervise and
manage nursing staff, ensuring adherence to facility policies and
health standards. Conduct regular staff assessments and provide
coaching and development. Coordinate with healthcare providers to
improve patient outcomes and rehabilitation processes. Implement
patient care plans and monitor patient health status. Manage
resource allocation effectively ensuring all patients have access
to necessary supplies and medications. Maintain a safe, compliant,
and efficient operational environment. Facilitate continuous
training and education of nursing staff. Strong leadership and team
management skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and
standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in clinical health care, including patient assessment,
care planning Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS
certification preferred. Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse
(CRRN) certification a plus.
