Job Description:

We currently have an opening for a Housekeeper at Central New Jerseys premier independent living community. Our community prides itself on our many amenities and our quality of services and facilities, in a friendly, energetic environment. Our ideal candidate will be team oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service to the residents of our community. Essential Job Functions: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and floor cleaning. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly. Bending and lifting and/or moving objects up to 25 pounds. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 years experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Prioritization and time management skills. Ability to work quickly without compromising quality. Must be able to remain on ones feet for extended periods of time. Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English. Knowledge of safety and cleaning practices. Ability to work in a pet-friendly environment. A criminal background check is required.
