I live in a 2 bedroom townhouse in Flemington and am retired. There are no pets or grandkids. I have 2 full baths and 1 powder room.
I am a very clean and organized person and need dusting, including knickknacks, wash tile floors, clean wood floors, vacuum, kitchen sink, counters, and stainless appliances outside refrigerator and dishwasher and stove, and inside/out microwave, bathroom toilets, shower, tubs, counters as example. I need a thorough, not deep, cleaning 1x per month.

I would prefer a Friday as my first choice but I can be flexible for the right person. I am looking to have you visit to see the house and give me your price and how many hours you think it will take you to clean. We can negotiate. I want someone who does not smoke and treats my home like their own home, not like a commercial building or office

I need someone with experience cleaning homes who brings their own equipment and supplies and works alone, not a cleaning service. We can discuss what supplies and equipment you have when you come for the first visit. Once you visit, we can decide on a start date. I am looking for a visit possibly this week.
