responsible for managing the food quality and presentation of all
meals served throughout the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex,
including menu design, menu specifications and recipes, food
costing and analysis, as well as production. This position is
responsible for managing and leading the Hersheypark Entertainment
Complex culinary team in all operations across the Complex,
including Hersheypark, The Chocolatier, Hersheypark Stadium,
Hershey Theatre, and GIANT Center. As a Full-Time Team Member, you

Oversee day-to-day operations of Hersheypark Entertainment Complex
culinary operations; plan and direct food production and build
teams to ensure quality, standards and guest expectations are met
on a daily basis. * - Direct and oversee menu planning strategy
across all Complex food outlets. Coordinate with division leaders
to ensure consistency and harmony with food themes, sourcing,
standardization, and presentation of food items. * - Develop new
recipes and presentations to continuously showcase Hershey
Entertainment & Resorts as a culinary destination. Lead the
execution of special projects and presentations in order to ensure
exceptional quality for all culinary creations. * - Establish and
implement kitchen safety and sanitation practices in order to
ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal
regulations. Establish regular procedures for auditing and
documenting safety inspections. * - Direct the selection, training,
development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the
Hersheypark Entertainment Complex Culinary team. Develop and
execute effective long - range strategic staffing plans for all
outlets and production operations. * - Develop employees through
effective coaching and mentoring. Serve as subject matter expert in
order to provide consistent and effective feedback and apply
standards for production. * - Work closely with the Hersheypark
Entertainment Complex Food and Beverage team, HE&R Partners and
Procurement team in support of the operations. This will include
attendance and participation at various meetings, observation of
operations and serving on MOD rotations. * - Represent Hershey
Entertainment & Resorts at industry events in order to support and
enhance the company image and brand. * - Perform other duties as
assigned. Qualifications: - Associate's degree - Culinary Arts,
Culinary Management - 20 years of experience in lieu of education.
- Must be 18 years of age or older. - Minimum of 10 year(s) of Food
& Beverage, Amusement Park, Hospitality/Tourism, or
Sports/Entertainment experience. - Minimum of 8 year(s) of
supervisory experience. - Must have a valid driver’s license - Must
obtain ServSafe Allergen Food Safety Certification. - Must obtain
