--- Support the administration of the religious accommodation process.
--- Consult with employees and managers on religious accommodation process. Troubleshoot and resolve both routine and complex issues.
--- Ensures appropriate case management documentation occurs.
--- Navigate employees through challenging situations while demonstrating a high level of service.
--- Provides exceptional customer service to employees.
--- Interpret policies and procedures for employees and managers regarding accommodations.
--- Escalating situations to Senior Manager of Workplace Practices when necessary.
--- Communicate accommodation process and policies, and disseminate communication materials when appropriate.
--- Maintain accommodations records and documentation
--- Compile and submit necessary reports.
--- Ensure compliance under federal and state regulations regarding accommodations.
--- Exemplify team attitude and willingness to support others in need of assistance.

Additional Job Details:
--- B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university required
--- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment; strong preference for experience HR, medical or religious accommodations.
--- Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), typing proficiency is required.
--- Applied knowledge of accommodation laws and regulations
