If you have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to always think out of the box - take the chance and shape the digital future together with us.YOUR ROLE* As Regional HR Director for Henkel Adhesive's Electronic and Industrials (AE) Businesses in North America, you'll lead HR initiatives for groups including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Customer Service and Business Controlling.* You'll partner with AE NA Leaders on topics including employee engagement, culture, talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning.* You'll also work closely with global HRBPs and have the opportunity to lead or participate on HR projects across Adhesives NA.* You'll work closely with our HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) including Total Rewards & HR Operations; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Talent Acquisition; and Talent, Learning & Leadership to deliver HR services to the 400 AE NA and 50 Business Controlling NA employees.* This position reports to the VP of Human Resources, Adhesive NA and leads a team of 2 HRBPs.YOUR SKILLS* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels in the organization* Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions* Minimum 10-15 years HR Business Partner experience; strong leadership skills* Strong project management and analytical skills* Strong integrity and ability to manage confidential information* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or other related fieldHenkel is an equal opportunity employer.
