    This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition for HHS and will serve Hillcrest HealthCare System.
    What You'll DoThe successful candidate will be able to:
    • Provide a wide range of Talent Acquisition consulting services specifically in the recruitment of clinical roles
    • Partner and serve as the primary HR contact to hiring managers throughout the hospital
    • Construct organized, leading and meaningful job postings off unit profiles developed by hiring managers
    • Actively participate in the development and implementation of strategies and programs to improve recruitment and meet strategic organizational goals
    • Provide recruitment and consultant support to specific assigned areas of the hospital
    • Develop recruitment plans to source, identify and attract qualified candidates to fill current job openings and meet staffing requirements
    • Initiate all position requisitions and monitor for accuracy and system compliance
    • Manage incoming candidates in the ATS and coordinate them through the interview and hiring process
    • Conduct detailed screening interviews for all qualified applicants
    • Consult with hiring manager on a regular basis regarding applicant flow, hiring needs, and execution of the recruiting plan
    • Contribute to team goals and performance metrics to achieve quality hires
    • Participate in and or lead special events, task forces or committees What You'll Bring
      • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
      • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a recruiting related position
      • Experience sourcing hard to fill positions in a Healthcare facility and/or agency environment would be a plus
      • Sales experience could be substituted for 1 year of recruiting experience
      • Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately
      • Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills
      • Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills
      • Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions
      • Ability to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to others
      • Remain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful or crisis situations
      • Demonstrate knowledge of current computer systems, equipment or programs used in the organization, knowledge of PeopleFluent ATS is a plus!
