ETS is looking for a Recruiting Associate to support Operations, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance and other departments talent needs. If you are beginning your Corporate Recruiting Career this is a great opportunity to learn on the job!

This role will support the Corporate Recruiter and will focus on sourcing and recruiting individual contributor talent for the organization.

The Recruiting Associate will also be closely aligned with hiring managers and strongly networked across ETS, collaborating to understand hiring needs, develop specific recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions that deliver the candidates ETS needs.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

Know and keep up with trends across the recruiting landscape to understand labor market trends and their implications for ETS hiring needs
Work with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions.
Source, identify and cultivate passive candidates and convert them into applicants
Personally, engage with promising candidates and use a consistent communication cadence to build their interest in ETS and keep them progressing through the hiring process
Conduct initial screening interviews to confirm candidate and position alignment
Work with ETS stakeholders to gain understanding of position and to progress and evaluate candidates through the formal interviewing and offer process
Provide feedback, insights, trends to recruiting leaders and hiring managers
Ensure that the recruiting process is followed in the ATS, update requisitions regularly, document interviews and disposition candidates.

In this role you will often be self-driven and autonomous while executing our recruiting strategy. You will be able to work in a hybrid manner, with some days in the office and some days remote.

A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant recruiting experience (as a Sourcer, agency recruiter or recruiting coordinator) OR 3 years of relevant recruiting experience
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to sell and effectively communicate with stakeholders in and outside the organization
Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite + Talent Acquisition Software/Systems
Experience influencing others and driving to consensus and results
Experience upskilling teams around interviewing and legal requirements

This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate must be able to work out of the Princeton, NJ location 2X weekly.
