Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining personnel documents as well as
performing background checks, along with other employee-related
activities. This role will include- scheduling interviews,
onboarding people, building files, I9, orientation, offboarding.
Running backgrounds and helping with on site drug test.
REQUIRED: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources . Entry level to 2 years customer service related
experience required. People who have worked as office management,
compliance/risk team, onboarding specialist, customer service roles
will do well in this role.

Skills and Competencies:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
Customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage one s time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client
information.

Process and review employment applications to evaluate
qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
Scheduling interviews
Conducting interviews
Extending offers
Possibly running background and drug

Conducting orientations during onboarding
