We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources intern, you will work closely with the Human Resources department.
This position is a paid, temporary internship eligible to juniors or seniors within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ. This role is a hybrid role with some in-office time preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects/reporting
  • Work in conjunction with various members of the HR team within varied aspects of HR including employee relations and engagement, recruiting events, HR data analytics, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
  • Drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement through an intern project
  • Conduct audits of data and other HR programs
  • Routinely report changes in industry trends, and/or, state or federal employment legislation. Will be required to research specific guidelines and regulations pertaining to employment law.
  • Assist HR leadership to perform all other duties as assigned


    • This position requires candidates to be a rising junior or rising senior in college/university with a major that aligns with the department
    • Candidates are required to live within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ
    • Interns are required to be able to work from May 30, 2023, to August 11, 2023
    • This position requires a minimum GPA of 3.0
    • The ability to work a hybrid schedule is required
    • Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred
    • Major in a target area related to this role is required
    • This position requires that candidates be able to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
