Role: Contract Systems Trainer
Location: Remote - MUST be in EST time zone
Contract Duration: 12+ Months Till December 2023

- Training hotels on property management system
- Hospitality experience is ideal
- Must have systems training experience


Summary Description: The Systems Trainer is responsible for the delivery and support of remote training for new approved property management system. The position may also support hosting and/or delivering training for approved revenue management system. The position requires professional visibility and representation to property owners, general managers, and line level staff, in support of their systems training.

Essential Job Functions:
Systems Trainer: Deliver required systems training to internal and external customers. 80%
Meet goals and objectives of department operations (5%)
Maintain liaison with management operations supervisors in other functional areas (5%)
Maintain procedural documents at the direction of the training manager (10%)

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new technology and transfer the skill to others.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Self-motivated
Detailed oriented.
Ability to prioritize on own tasks and projects according to the needs of the operation.
Strong follow-up abilities.
Demonstrates competence in office related computer skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to speak in a public setting

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
HS Diploma; AA in business or related field.
3 years in hotel experience.
