This opportunity is based in the Hamilton, New Jersey area and is a permanent opportunity. Duties include entering data, reconciling timecards, distributing paychecks, and providing statements to various departments. Responsibilities may include:
+ Collect and organize timesheet approvals by contacting employees via email and phone.
+ Compile data into spreadsheets and the payroll system.
+ Instruct and train employees in the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.
+ Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.
+ Administer and distribute reports as instructed.
Requirements
+ 1+ years of previous payroll experience.
+ Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills.
+ Ability to easily learn new systems.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Able to meet deadlines.
+ Team collaboration.
