Job Description:
Role overview We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to own
relationships with high-volume staffing agency clients and drive
measurable hiring outcomes. You'll act as an extension of the
agency recruiting team—designing recruitment-marketing strategy,
optimizing applicant flow, and translating performance data into
actions that speed hires and reduce cost. This is a fast-paced,
highly consultative role that partners closely with Sales, Product,
and Operations. What you'll do Own a portfolio of staffing agency
accounts, serving as the primary client contact and trusted
advisor. Onboard recruiters and agency teams to engin's platform
and run regular performance check-ins focused on outcomes and
pipeline health. Design and optimize job distribution, channel mix,
budgets, and content for high-volume and niche roles. Monitor
staffing metrics (apps per req, CPA, submittals ? interviews ?
starts, time-to-hire) and translate them into clear
recommendations. Train users on best practices for requisition
management, applicant review, and performance interpretation.
Proactively identify risks, surface expansion/renewal
opportunities, and feed staffing-specific insights into Product and

USD per year Required Skills 3 years in Customer Success, Account
Management, or Recruiting/Staffing operations supporting
high-volume hiring. Strong operational knowledge of staffing
workflows and experience managing multiple recruiter or mid-market
stakeholders simultaneously. Data-driven: comfortable tracking
metrics (CPA, time-to-hire, conversion rates) and using analytics
to improve outcomes. Exceptional communication and
relationship-building skills; consultative and client-facing.
Highly organized, executes with urgency, and comfortable balancing
competing priorities. Proficient with ATS/CRM/analytics tools and
quick to learn new systems. Desired Skills 4 years in a staffing,
agency, or HR-tech customer success role. Hands-on experience with
recruitment marketing, CPC/CPA campaign management or programmatic
job advertising. Experience supporting healthcare allied roles,
travel, or blue-collar/skilled trades. Practical use of generative
AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) for workflow, analysis, or
client strategy. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related
