Job Description Job Description Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM We’re looking for a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our 2nd shift warehouse team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and moving product throughout the facility. What You’ll Do Operate a standard sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks Use RF scanners to track inventory accurately Support shipping and receiving operations with precision and care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures What We’re Looking For Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift Prior warehouse experience Strong knowledge of loading and unloading best practices Experience using RF scanners Shipping and receiving experience is a plus What We Offer Union eligibility after 6 months Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) Paid holidays and employee appreciation events Ongoing training and development opportunities A safe, supportive workplace with room for growth and advancement Work Environment You’ll work in a clean, modern production facility located in an industrial park in Swedesboro, NJ , specializing in marinades, salad dressings, and BBQ sauces. The facility is temperature-controlled, though some areas may be impacted by weather due to industrial mixers and ovens. This role requires standing for extended periods and working in an environment that may contain allergens such as milk, eggs, and tree nuts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.64 - $22.64/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
