The NBN Group is looking for Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for our home care opening in West Amwell / Hunterdon County, NJ!

We have two openings in Hunterdon County, NJ!

West Amwell / Lambertville, NJ- Home Care

* Patient: Young adult female
* Seizure precautions. Patient speaks and walks fine! Lovely home and family!

Open hours:

* Monday-Sunday (Every day of the week available)- 7am-7pm
* Choose which shifts you would like to work! We can move the hours around to fit your schedule!

We have another case in Flemington, NJ that you may be interested in!

Flemington, NJ (1:1 School Nurse and/or home care)

* Patient: Teenage/young adult male
* Equipment: Gtube, Enteral feeds, CPAP

Open hours:

* Mondays: 4pm-11pm, Tuesdays: 8am-4pm, Wednesdays: 8am-4pm, Fridays: 7pm-7am, Sundays: 9am-5pm and 7pm-7am
* Choose which shifts you would like to work! We can move the hours around to fit your schedule!

Job Responsibilities:

Our Pediatric in-home (and school) nurses are responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, implementing care plans, and maintaining medical records.

Requirements

* Must have Active NJ State Nursing License
* Valid CPR card
* Ability to work independently
* Effective verbal and written communication
