Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience serving in customer success
role for software technology
- SAAS Customer Support experience, building successful client
relationships, excellent negotiation skills for contract renewals
and change management
- Retail, CPG, Food, Transportation and Logistics industry
knowledge
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills (both for
technical and non-technical audiences)
- Analytically minded and technology-focused who thinks
critically about offering and providing solutions
- A savvy for technology and a passion for client success
- Ability to build and share a deep understanding of technical
products
- Ability to prioritize shifting and competing priorities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and an understanding of
how they can be used to manage services teams
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with distributed
teams
- Team player who is able to pitch in and help colleagues to
drive the business forwardResponsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of the SAAS based software
products
- Educate customers on new products or features
- Drive user adoption of the product
- Implement and manage change requests process during and post
implementation
- Proactively track customers' contracts expirations and process
the timely contract renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams for business/technical solution
proposals against enhancements and feature requests
- Bring ability as a lead to the team, a positive and flexible
attitude, and willingness to communicate and collaborate
effectively with your colleagues to achieve results
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of accounts made-up of
legacy clients that need an ongoing point of contact
- Deliver value to each account by driving product adoption (e.g.
provide information and training on how a client can use a new
feature), building relationships, and exploring expansion
opportunities
- Work closely with different teams across the organization to
ensure that clients' goals are being met
- Meet or exceed renewal and expansion goals by establishing
yourself as a trusted advisor that helps clients achieve their
goals
- Project management skills will be critical to keep high-volumes
of inquiries and requests organized and prioritized in a clear
manner
