is currently looking for a SAP EDI O2C Analyst to join their
expanding team.

Duration: 15 months contract, extendable up to 24 months

Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for the, coordination, testing
and execution of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) customer
implementations into Mercury SAP.
Strong leadership and partnering skills, EDI and SAP functional
expertise, organization and analytical background with strategic
thinking.
Lead EDI customer implementations/changes working closely with
customers and/or customer third party EDI vendors.
execute test plans, data mining, progress reporting and business
partner communication to key stakeholders on testing efforts.
Troubleshoot systems issues as needed, partnering with EDI
technical team, BUIT, Applications Services, and other business
partners to assess impact and issue remediation.
Ensure timely review and actioning of current customer EDI
production issues. Communication and partnering with business
partners to root cause and resolve issues.
Position Summary:
Senior Analyst role for EDI in the Consumer sector.
This individual will be responsible for the, coordination, testing

Principal Responsibiliies:
This individual is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in EDI and will
lead the implementation of changes within the EDI and Mercury SAP
order to cash systems.
The SME will be responsible for the implementation of EDI changes
related to new and existing customer requirements as well as root
cause and resolution of production issues.
They will work with technical and business partners to ensure all
tasks are completed successfully.
This individual will work closely with customers, third party
customer providers and cross functional partners in project teams
adhering to all project timelines and deliverables.
PROJECTS
Support EDI customer implementations/changes working closely with
customers and/or customer third party EDI vendors.
Lead and/or support projects related to system upgrades,
maintenance and approved enhancement requests and break/fix
solutions.
Work closely with IT, EDI Technical team and integrated system
partners on root cause analysis, solution design and timeline for
changes.
Data mine for accurate, valid test data.
Communicate plan details to key stakeholders.
Adhere to current validation requirements in a collaborative
way.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
At least 3 years of relevant customer service experience with 5
years overall business experience required.
Other skills desirable:
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization is critical
for success.
Expert knowledge of EDI OTC Transactions, SAP (APO and ECC) or
Demonstrated usage of project management tools and skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply
chain
Demonstrates flexibility and implements innovative ways to enhance
the way work is done.
Customer-centric mindset
Builds professional relationships with customers and across
functions and sites with internal and external partners and
collaborates to achieve shared goals and meet timelines.
Strong collaboration skills and able to influence without
