Capacity LLC is a premier 3PL provider that leverages its technological core competencies to deliver an exceptional client experience in the e-comm and B2B markets. We seek an individual with strong cross functional experience to lead collaboration efforts with our business customers, operations, engineering, and IT teams. You will be a critical team member working closely with our Product Management and Development teams, in India and the US, to develop end-to-end solutions in an agile environment.

The Technical / Functional Analyst serves as a product owner, accountable for the product roadmaps, and working with the business to ensure that the product supports, and will continue to support, the needs of the business. This position will analyze and convert business processes into functional requirements to be utilized by the Development team. Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and/or supply chain is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Analyzing business processes and recommending improvements that would increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Capture requirements from business stakeholder and covert that into Functional Requirement Documents
  • Interpret data, analyze trends, and identify patterns using statistical methods
  • Design and implement technology solutions such as computer networks, databases, and website design
  • Identify potential risks or issues with proposed solutions and provide recommendations for addressing them
  • Create detailed documentation regarding the project's scope and objectives, activities performed, and findings
  • Communicate information effectively to non-technical staff members through presentations, reports, process visualization tools, and other written materials
  • Work with other members of a team to determine how best to apply new technologies to meet organizational goals and improve efficiency
  • Recommend new technologies or processes to improve efficiency or effectiveness Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL preferred.
    • Strong experience working with raw data and manipulating datasets.
    • Strong ability to decompose complex systems and represent them through documentation and diagrams.
    • Passion for using and learning new technology to streamline business processes.
    • Technical Tools: Jira, Agile & Scrum Methodologies, Confluence, SQL, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Visio, Prototyping Tools.
