Advanced SQL Queries & Stored-Procedures

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. Min 4+ years extensive hands-on experience in developing Intuitive visualization, Dashboards, KPI scorecards, Charts, Graphs using Power BI
2. Experience in Development and Administration of Power BI Reports
3. Experience in writing complex DAX queries and using M Query.
4. Knowledge and Expertise on Data modeling using Power BI / Azure Analysis Services
5. Have handled User access, implemented row-level security and have a deep understanding of security layer in Power BI
6. Excellent in writing and debugging reports using Advance SQL queries , store procedures , query optimization and performance tuning
7. Experience in connecting multiple data-sources, publishing, scheduling of reports, integration of Power BI reports to different applications
8. Experience in handling performance issues of reports, refresh- failed issues
9. Experience working using Agile Methodology and very good communication skills
10. Experience in Alteryx developing models and analytic data flows
11. Experience working and understanding of ETL / ELT, Data load process
12. Experience in data analysis , data profiling, data warehousing
13. Data Modeling skills

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Work closely with Business SMEs,project Business Analyst and End Users to translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverable and workflows
Gather, analyze & document business requirements for various reports, dashboards
Provide effort estimation for development activities
Design , Develop & Schedule reports with excellent visualization using Power BI reports
Develop Performance metrics, analytic workflows
Publish results in Power BI dashboards, PowerPoint slides, ad-hoc reports and supporting spreadsheets for analysis
Development, deployment and administration activities on Power BI
Support data validation with business users
Able to diagnose report issues and performance tune reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance to applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices during development and maintenance activities
