Title: Sr. Analyst, US Transparency Reporting Location: King of
Prussia, PA Duration: 3 Months Compensation: $49.00 – $70hr Work
Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the
U.S. Sr. Analyst, US Transparency Reporting Shift/Schedule Details:
Standard Business Hours - Hybrid Schedule Specifics: Role is
located in King of Prussia, PA; hybrid with up to 60% remote; 2
days per week required onsite (Tuesday strongly preferred to align
with team) Job Description: The Sr. Analyst, US Transparency
Reporting, will be responsible for capturing, validating and
reporting transfers of value to covered recipients that are
required for external reporting to both Federal, State, and
District agencies. Responsible for coordinating internal and
external resources to ensure data integrity and best practices
related to marketing and healthcare expenditures. Responsible for
supporting process initiatives across all departments within the
KOP site and Sales Force that will allow the company to accurately
and consistently capture, retrieve and audit the detail data for
disclosure. Process initiatives will include, but not be limited
to, the expanded automation of transactions processing functions,
leveraging the reporting capabilities of SAP, Concur and MediSpend
and streamlining manual processes. Additional responsibilities
include monitoring, validating and processing 3rd party vendors
spend reports, maintaining and validating clinical trials master
list based on CRO data plus CTMS, and assisting with internal
certification process. Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1 Capture, monitor, analyze and verify marketing and healthcare
expenditures required for external reporting to district, state,
and federal agencies 2 Prepare TOV data for upload to the Reporting
Data tool including Master Data 3 Critical focus on improvement
initiatives that increase the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness
of all external reporting deliverables 4 Maintain and validate
customer profiles in MediSpend and Veeva Network tools 5 Assist
with Verification of all disclosed expenditures stated on the CMS
or State publicly available website(s). 6 Responsible for the
monitoring, collecting and processing 3rd party vendors' tracker
and spend reports. Provide actionable insights based on analysis of
spend data for management. 7 Assist in development of policies,
procedures and training materials related to job function 8 Assist
in preparation and presentation of training to employees/third
party vendors (both formally and informally) to ensure
understanding and compliance with regulations 9 Collaborate with
ex-US and Seqirus partners on Transparency issues and reporting 10
Partner with cross-functional team members to identify and report
Covered Recipient expenditures within each function. Facilitate
awareness for disclosure, system and process requirements within
the functional areas to ensure compliance with federal and state
marketing and healthcare disclosure requirements. This
cross-functional team includes representatives from Clinical,
R&D, Commercial Development, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales,
HCS and Corporate Compliance. Top 2 Critical Qualifications: 1 -
Experience working with large sets of data in excel; (power BI /
analytics software would be a plus) 2 - Experience working at
pharmaceutical company (clinical trial data side would be a good
fit; sales division or commercial-side experience also very
helpful) Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Life
Sciences or Healthcare Policy 3-5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical
experience Demonstrated analytical/financial acumen Detail oriented
and strong organizational skills; able to work
independently/proactive Demonstrated ability to function
independently Demonstrated proficiency in compliance or auditing
Ability to influence without authority Business process management
and change management techniques Strong analytical and business
acumen Strong communication skills Effective cross-functional
collaborator and demonstrated ability to influence without
functional authority to achieve desired outcomes Less Critical
Requirements: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for the
Sunshine Act and other state/federal regulations mandating
marketing and healthcare expenditure disclosures) Preferred / Nice
to Haves: Experience working in the transparency division is ideal
but difficult to find Transparency reporting experience preferred
Experience with financial analysis and tools like Power BI or
Tableau ideal What will the candidate's interview experience look
