and onco-dermatology. Job Summary: Sun is seeking a senior manager
within its Commercial IT group based out in Princeton, NJ. This
role will report into the Director, Commercial IT. Commercial IT
group is an enabling as well as strategic function responsible for
leading and supporting IT related activities for various Brand
business units in North America. We are seeking a highly qualified
individual for this position in our group. Candidate must have a
strong background in the stated areas and a desire to work
collaboratively across different functional areas. Commercial IT at
Sun Pharma is specifically responsible for • Strategy and
enablement of overall Data Management & Business Intelligence,
Customer Relationship Mgmt. and Sales Force Effectiveness •
Technical ownership and management of Commercial Master Data Mgmt.,
Web & Analytics Platforms, Campaign Mgmt. platform and Digital
Assets Mgmt., etc. • Leading adoption of AI, Machine learning and
emerging Tech in Commercial business • Partnering with Marketing,
Medical Affairs, Market Access and Operations functions, and
provide oversight in Technical aspects and implementations • Work
collaboratively with Global IT team Success depends on the

developing and expanding your career. Responsibilities: • Be the
technical SME and owner of CRM platform for the Commercial
Organization • Provide technical oversight for systems like Veeva
Vault PromoMats, Vault Digital Assets Mgmt., Marketo Campaign
Mgmt., etc. • Help execute strategy for new technologies for
optimal customer relationship management processes. Partner with
business teams for seamless technology adoption • Administer and
Configure IQVIA OCE CRM projects. Enhance/maintain ‘data quality’
in CRM, and monitor DCR as well as HCP Record Validation processes
• Enhance Approved Email and Rep Triggered Email features in CRM
platform and enhance integration with Veeva Vault • Manage large
projects independently and work with offshore development and
operations teams Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Technical
or Quantitative field required • At least 5-7 years’ hands-on
experience in Salesforce / Veeva /OCE platforms on configuration
and customization with understanding of emerging technologies such
as AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance CRM
capabilities • At least 5 years’ experience leading technical
aspects of projects and delivering applications for Sales &
Marketing teams is required • Ability to develop and help implement
strategic plans for integrating emerging Tech into the CRM for
improved customer engagement, streamline processes, and drive
business growth • Understanding of concepts related to Master Data
Management and Data Warehousing is required • Certification in
Salesforce Administration is preferred • Understanding of
regulatory and compliance requirements • Strong understanding of
end-to-end software development process, and system development
lifecycle is required • Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, and ability to enhance IT – Business partnership required •
Project Management certification (PMP or Agile methodologies) is
desired The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for
this position is $115,500 to $141,000. Actual base compensation may
vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to
geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is
part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible

insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the
employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid
time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time. The
compensation and benefits described above are subject to the terms
