Details Responsibilities: 1. Defend workers' compensation claims
for benefits including medical, disability, death, and
rehabilitation claims. 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and
analysis to make informed decisions and provide sound legal advice.
3. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents including
pleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and correspondence. 4.
Represent clients in pre-trial and trial matters, depositions,
mediations, and hearings. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD)
degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law
in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Workers' Compensation
Defense Attorney, preferably in the tech services industry. 4.
Proven experience in legal research, legal writing, depositions,
and trial. 5. Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and
regulations. 6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy
