About Us: Piermont Bank is a boutique specialty commercial bank

operate with greater flexibility, efficiency, and scalability than
traditional banks. We combine disciplined commercial banking with
innovative technology to deliver value added solutions for small
and medium sized businesses and our fintech partners. Our team is
dedicated to thoughtful risk management, strong client
relationships, and building a bank designed for the future of
financial services. The Role: The Specialty Deposit Relationship
Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the bank’s
portfolio of fiduciary deposit relationships, with a strategic
focus on clients in the title insurance, bankruptcy, real estate
management, and legal services sectors. This role serves as the

ensuring exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, and
tailored financial structuring. The Relationship Manager will
develop and maintain deep relationships with law firms, bankruptcy

the full lifecycle of account onboarding, documentation, and
ongoing servicing, while collaborating with internal partners to
deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each

relationships with fiduciary and specialty clients, including title
insurance companies, bankruptcy trustees, real estate management
firms, and law firms, serving as a trusted advisor for their
specialized deposit needs. Oversee the onboarding process for
fiduciary and specialty deposit accounts, ensuring all
documentation, regulatory, and compliance requirements specific to
title, bankruptcy, and real estate sectors are met. Serve as the
primary contact for client inquiries, account maintenance, and
issue resolution, delivering high-touch service tailored to the
unique needs of legal, real estate, and fiduciary clients.
Collaborate with operations, compliance, legal, and product teams
to deliver customized deposit solutions. Monitor account activity
for compliance with bank policies, fiduciary responsibilities, and
regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to
court-supervised accounts. Identify opportunities to expand
specialty deposit services within target sectors and cross-sell
additional banking products that support client operations and
growth. Prepare reports on portfolio performance, client activity,
and market trends within the title, bankruptcy, legal, and real
estate management industries to inform strategic planning and risk
oversight. Represent Piermont Bank at industry events, legal and
real estate forums, and networking functions to enhance visibility,
strengthen referral networks, and attract new business
opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in
banking. Proven sales track record in generating deposit growth.
Strong business development skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced
environment. Experience in working with commercial businesses.
Ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence with
senior-level personnel in an organization. Strong and effective
communication and interpersonal skills. The hiring range for this
position is $110,000 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually
offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary
depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be
provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the
full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.
