Qualifications

The Regional Head of Account Management is responsible for the retention and management of relationships between Coface and its key clients, as well as their intermediaries by delivery of outstanding services including policy management, program implementation and management, policy structure solutions to multinational clients. Will also play a key role in enhancing the customer experience of Coface products in the achievement of excellence and insight in order to surpass clients’ expectations.

THE JOB

Team Management:

Lead and oversee activities of the account management team, proactively lead the business’ strategic account planning processes and develop performance objectives, retention targets, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods

Is responsible for assigned strategic account portfolio and retention rate, supervise KPIs of the team members

To provide contract technical guidance and training to the team. Play a mentorship role to team members assisting in the execution of duties where necessary, ensuring their constant professional improvement

Customer Relationship Management

Build strong and long-lasting relationships with multinational clients through the creation of long term planning and understanding. This also done through the establishment of a solid understanding of the competitive market in order to realize how best to retain high-value clients.

Develop and maintain healthy relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders in order to achieve smooth execution. Play an active role in industry movements where he or she gathers information that keeps the business at par or even ahead of competition and up to date with the latest best practices in account management.

Respond and to ensure team to respond timely and appropriately to questions and concerns from clients and their intermediaries.

Introduce and promote new Coface offerings through consistent client interaction and onsite visits

Act as the central point of contact for the client and/or its intermediaries

Structure renewal offers/business extension proposals for assigned portfolio of clients

Steer worldwide program implementation for newly acquired business from sales team

Monitor portfolio profitability and propose proper actions to maximize profitability

Risk Management and Compliance:

Ensure prudent commercial structure of Credit Insurance Business, adhering to Group Standards

Adhere to compliance standards set by Coface and external regulators

Education

4-year College Degree required/MBA preferred

Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Minimum eight years of global account management and implementation experience within credit insurance industry, have an impressive track record in meeting and even exceeding retention targets.

In depth familiarity and knowledge of various credit insurance contracts particularly global contracts

Minimum five years of managerial experience with effective result
