Position: Electronic AssemblerLocation: Ewing, NJSummaryAssembles electrical, microelectronic and semiconductor devices, components, and subassemblies according to drawings and specifications by performing the following duties.- Reads work orders and assembly drawings to determine operation to be performed, components parts, assembly method and sequence- Manually assemble electrical parts using soldering irons, small hand tools and voltmeters- Examines and tests assembly at various stages of production, according to standard procedures, to detect nonstandard or defective assemblies- Cleans parts and assemblies at various stages of production- Utilize precision and electrical testing equipmentEducation and Experience:* Minimum of one (1 to 2) year previous industry or similarly related job experience.* Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.* High school, equivalent education such as technical school * Proficient in the use of a personal computer to navigate on-line documents, drawings and instructions.* Quality focused and strong attention to detail* Ability to lift/move material up to 35 pounds. * Ability to work well individually and as a team, with good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.* Able to work within a team to produce quality workmanship in the timeframes required* Willingness to learn; self-disciplinedJob Requirements:Education and Experience:* Minimum of one (1 to 2) year previous industry or similarly related job experience.* Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.* High school, equivalent education such as technical school * Proficient in the use of a personal computer to navigate on-line documents, drawings and instructions.* Quality focused and strong attention to detail* Ability to lift/move material up to 35 pounds. * Ability to work well individually and as a team, with good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.* Able to work within a team to produce quality workmanship in the timeframes required* Willingness to learn; self-disciplined
