Explain how components/services interact, functions they perform, rationale for component selection--- The successful candidate must be able effectively communicate current state, the problem statement,anticipated challenges and solutions via Visio and PowerPoint diagrams they create--- Diverse technical background--- Technically curious, People & Results oriented, Empathic--- Experience in a company with global presence in highly matrixed organization - Pharma preferred--General Requirementso Collaborative style that exhibits high energy, strategic thinking, partnership, direct communication, and results orientationo Proven analytical skills to properly evaluate and interpret cross-functional architecture requirementso Ability to identify, communicate and resolve complex issueso Effective in matrix management and team buildingo Poise, maturity, and communication skills necessary to represent the enterprise architecture group internally and externallyo Strong presentation, verbal and written communicationsExperience---4+ years of IT experience preferably in Life Science, Healthcare, or other regulated industry--Education:-- Min. of a 4 year degree--Important Information:---------- There is no per Diem with this position---------- There is no relocation budgeted for this position.
