We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals ready to make a
The ideal candidate will experience a 12-month program which
focuses on professional development, experiential learning and
developing business knowledge within the Product Management
Function. The program will allow exposure to all facets of
marketing spanning Generics, OTC and Specialty spaces within the
pharmaceutical industry. The role will encompass exposure to entire
product life cycle spanning marketing exploration, opportunity
identification, product ideation, conceptualization to
commercialization. This would in turn lead to a learning journey
designed to develop all-round technical skills and leadership
- Learn about Generics industry for Prescription, OTC and
- Handle a variety of assignment involving product ideation,
selection and developing and supporting execution of go-to-market
- Wide spectrum exposure working with various cross-functional
teams like Sales, product management, portfolio, Supply chain,
Quality and Regulatory groups.
- A current BS candidate with a 2020 graduation date OR
- Possess a 4-year BS degree with a graduation date in 2019
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
business field with a with a minimum of 3.2 GPA
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
