Job Description:

  • Sales Reps take lead responses, sales reps call clients to set an appointment, sales reps sit down with clients in their home to help the client choose the best mortgage protection or final expense program that fits their budget.
  • In addition to mortgage protection and final expense programs, sales reps also have access to premium financial products to help clients save for retirement and/or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g., 401Ks and IRAs) from losing money in the market.
  • We are looking for sales reps who can who want to W-O-R-K & get paid handsomely for doing so.

We Offer:

  • Commission only based pay - new full-time sales professionals average $1000-$2000 per week.
    • Average Part-timer earns $500-$1000/week.
    • Average Full-timer earns $3000-$4000/week.
  • CRM system, training, and support, including support in the field, available to all sales reps from day one.
  • Sales reps can create their own schedule.
  • Sales reps have the potential to build an agency if desired


  • Must have the availability to complete the life insurance pre-licensing course within the next 7-10 days and obtain a state life insurance producers license in 2-3 weeks.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient with smartphone, computer, iPad
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Reliable transportation
  • Self motivated
