Job Responsibilities Take ownership of all the post-production affairs of the bots Take ownership of all Automation Anywhere environments (Prod and Non-Prod), control room administration, role/user setup, credential vaults maintenance Ensure all bots have monitoring and exception alerts in place Triage issues in production, work with RPA developers to get the issues resolved in a timely manner Coordinate communication with business stakeholders, establish support service levels for each bot, mentor junior support staff Ensure all bots have support as per the service level agreements with business stakeholders Ensure AA licenses are utilized properly by working with all consumers of the shared control room environmentRequired 3+ years of experience in managing/supporting large RPA environments with at least 100+ bots in Automation Anywhere Experience working with AA support in the installation of Automation Anywhere in HA configuration, troubleshooting environment issues Experience with Splunk, setting up alerts and operational reports Experience establishing support, monitoring processes and best practices Experience with agile SDLC methodologies. Experience with JIRA is a plus. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in Computer Science or another IT-related field.Nice to have Development experience in Automation Anywhere Enterprise V11, A2019 Managing RPA environments as a shared service in a large enterprise

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Install and configure servers as well as applications on multiple operating system platforms.- Manage a variety of storage solutions and file systems.- Perform vulnerability remediation and patching as well as provide security artifacts when required.- Work in a manner to highly support the O&M teamwork environment.- Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.- Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.- Work under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.- Work in a manner to highly support the O&M teamwork environment.- Exercise a certain degree of creativity and latitude as required.- Responsible for system security and data integrity.- Assign passwords and monitor use of resources.- May produce IT Security artifacts, business reports, data call reports, forms, etc.Minimum Requirements:- Typically requires a min of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.- Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.- Understands implications or work and makes recommendations for solutions.- Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or draft such responses for supervisor or team lead.
