We are recruiting for a Digital & Ecommerce Analytics Lead to be located in Skillman, NJ or New York, NY. At Neostrata, we are consumer obsessed. We believe in digital first. The Neostrata ecommerce team is tasked with turning these scientifically backed, dermatologist endorsed brands into direct to consumer power houses. As the Digital & Ecommerce Analytics lead you will lead the charge in developing digital measurement and reporting while implementing best practices within digital analytics, reporting, insights and site optimization across the digital ecosystem. The scope includes but is not limited to: Daily/Weekly/Monthly site reporting, rapid test and learn shareouts, and customer analyses. Particular attention will be paid to CRM. The Analyst will work closely with the business analytics function to leverage the insights from the core measurement tools including marketing mix and attribution modeling efforts. The role is a key contributor to the creation of a data-driven culture within the NEOSTRATA and Exuviance brand teams. Digital & Ecommerce Analytics Lead will reside within the Ecommerce team of the NEOSTRATA and Exuviance premium skin care brands, and will report to the Senior Manager, Ecommerce. SITE ANALYTICS Develop daily/weekly/monthly reporting across all lines of business (site, Amazon, etailers) Build analyses intended to deepen team understanding of marketing channels driving performance Manage the A/B testing/optimization and make recommendations based on data analysis and usability testing to improve site and optimize existing site features . Analyze product launches and site performance and strategize as to how to optimize for future events Understand at any time website performance to ensure the site meets weekly demand, conversion, and AOV goals. Proactively identify web site and search optimization opportunities. CUSTOMER ANALYTICS Track and drive growth in 1st party data collection Leverage insights to help develop consumer focused segments. Identify customer churn and loyalty opportunities Unify data to automate and enhance personalization, analysis, and decision-making across the brands All while, working closely with IT, Agency partners and analytical suppliers on developing business requirements, quality assurance & auditing activities ensuring that measurement solution is maintained and meeting business needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in marketing, finance or information technology is preferred. 3+ years of Digital Analytics experience in Site Analytics, Search and Testing & Optimization is required. Experience supporting a direct-to-consumer ecommerce business is preferred. Experience with GA360 and Google Marketing Platform is required. Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing is required. Understanding of SEO practices as it relates to data analysis and insights is required. Experience with Social Media platform analytics (Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics) is preferred. Experience with Paid Media platforms (DV360, SA360, Trade Desk) is preferred. Experience with syndicated measurement (Hitwise, comScore, Nielsen, NetBase) is preferred. Experience in Social Media, Voice of Consumer, CRM, Competitive Analysis, Benchmarking is preferred. Passion for digital analytics, quality and performance, with a desire to be leading the evolution of performance marketing within Johnson & Johnson is required. Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, multi-tasking and the aptitude to prioritize tasks is required. Analytical thinking to understand, analyze and synthesize large volumes of data and address complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings and implications is required. Excellent data visualization and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels is required. Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills is required. Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot and PowerPoint is required.
