Provide day to day customer service with VFC, 317, and COVID-19
providers via phone and email.
Provide technical assistance for vaccine ordering, VFC policies
and procedures, using VFC functionality in NJIIS and CDC systems
such as VTrckS and PEAR, completing and submitting paperwork, and
Complete thorough temperature excursion investigations and
provide summaries for providers and VFC management. for C.T.
Evaluate data sets and liaison with program staff, vaccine
manufacturers and program management. Coordinate program activities
to consolidate investigation data sets and provide professional
feedback, guidance and instructions to medical offices.
Review vaccine request placed by enrolled offices in the VFC,
317, and COVID-19 programs.
Review and approve new enrollment applications, re-enrollment
applications, and disenrollment applications. Complete supportive
tasks such as processing DDL loan and monitoring agreements,
documenting provider education, and updating NJIIS user access.
Support field staff with compiling information for VFC, 317, and
COVID-19 site visits.
Use Microsoft Excel to update databases for various projects
?restitutions and revaccinations, annual provider education, call
logs, COVID-19 related data collection etc.
