Job Summary: This position reports to the Associate Director in the Regulated Bioanalysis Operations team responsible for managing all aspects of outsourced bioanalysis for preclinical and clinical studies. This team provides comprehensive CRO management and maintains outsourcing strategy for bioanalysis. The team also provides operational and logistical support, maintains metrics on all outsourced projects and is critical in maintaining quality bioanalytical data management. This is a critical role in the Regulated Bioanalysis Operations team to serve as the primary point of contact for the operational management of outsourced biologics projects. Responsibilities will include providing logistical oversight throughout the duration of a study. The individual will work closely with bioanalytical scientists, clinical team members and CROs for constant monitoring to ensure study needs pertaining to data and reports are met. The incumbent will also have broad responsibilities over reconciliation of sample discrepancies with CROs and central laboratories. Key Responsibilities: - Provide bioanalytical project management for clinical studies - Provide support for CAR-T programs in the areas of critical reagents and timelines for study deliverables - Work closely with key stakeholders across multiple departments to assure deliverables meet timelines and regulatory requirements - Manage communication of timelines for sample & data logistics - Identify and help resolve sample discrepancies and maintain data lock timelines - Monitor critical reagents and review data transfer specifications - Assist with managing department information and metrics Required Qualifications: - B.S or M.S. degree in related field of bioanalytical chemistry (Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biology) with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Experience in GLP bioanalysis by immunoassay or LC/MS either at a CRO or a pharmaceutical company is required - Very strong communication and organizational skills as well as a demonstrated track record in good time management skills, and ability to work in a methodical and organized fashion - Well versed with managing OneNote notebook, excel spreadsheets, Spotfire and SPO site contents - Candidates with prior experience supporting CAR-t programs or with strong scientific aptitude in the areas of gene & cell therapy prefered - Demonstrated track record in bioanalytical project management highly preferred Why You Should Apply: Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
