Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

This role contributes to the success of the organization by focusing on strategic initiatives for the US NHSc businesses at the direction of Senior Director, Program Management. (e.g., Post-Acquisition Integration, Business Development Initiatives, Reorganization Projects, Strategic Planning). As part of the PMO team, this role also plays an important cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead workstreams across multiple functions for assigned M&A projects.

Participate in assessments and gap analyses associated with acquired businesses and develop integration plan.

Support cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing…) on all matters related to accounting and finance associated with assigned projects.

Assure coordination with relevant partners across operating companies.

Develop and manage project plans associated acquisitions during due diligence and throughout integration.

Identify and resolve / elevate issues and assure alignment of key stakeholders for assigned projects.

Assure Nestlé standards are being attained across all projects.

 

Experience and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business management or finance. MBA is a plus

5-7 years experience in corporate management roles

Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across broad audiences, including senior-level stakeholders

M&A integration / divestment / corporate restructuring and development activities a plus

Demonstrated understanding of US healthcare industry value chain and operations a plus

Preferred Skills

U.S. and International cross-functional leadership experience.

Ability to link strategy to clearly actionable initiatives

Ability to operationalize strategic programs and initiatives

Proven track record of success on cross-functional team projects

Ability to understand and anticipate needs from Program stakeholders

Sense of urgency to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach

Strong ability to work across functions

Strong negotiations and influence skills for internal and external parties

A combination of technical credibility, effective communication skills, and ability to focus on what matters most.
