This role contributes to the success
of the organization by focusing on strategic initiatives for the US
NHSc businesses at the direction of Senior Director, Program
Management. (e.g., Post-Acquisition Integration, Business
Development Initiatives, Reorganization Projects, Strategic
Planning). As part of the PMO team, this role also plays an
important cross-functional coordination.
Lead workstreams across multiple
functions for assigned M&A projects.
Participate in assessments and gap
analyses associated with acquired businesses and develop
Support cross-functional teams
(Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing…) on all matters
related to accounting and finance associated with assigned
Assure coordination with relevant
partners across operating companies.
Develop and manage project plans
associated acquisitions during due diligence and throughout
Identify and resolve / elevate issues
and assure alignment of key stakeholders for assigned projects.
Assure Nestlé standards are being
attained across all projects.
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in business
management or finance. MBA is a plus
5-7 years experience in corporate
Demonstrated success leading complex
Demonstrated ability to communicate
effectively across broad audiences, including senior-level
M&A integration / divestment /
corporate restructuring and development activities a plus
Demonstrated understanding of US
healthcare industry value chain and operations a plus
U.S. and International
cross-functional leadership experience.
Ability to link strategy to clearly
Ability to operationalize strategic
programs and initiatives
Proven track record of success on
cross-functional team projects
Ability to understand and anticipate
needs from Program stakeholders
