Job Description:

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Mortgage Loan Closer to work in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare all closing documents to send to title.
Review Title Commitments, Surveys, and Appraisals to verify accuracy and consistency of vesting, legal descriptions, etc.
Assemble documents for delivery to Title Company, real estate broker, or lending officer for closing.
Sign and witness buyers signing loan closing documents

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 years of Mortgage Loan Closing and funding document preparation experience. Multi-state knowledge is a plus!
Working knowledge of TRID and experience CD preparations.
Experience in reviewing titles.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
