Overview: REQ: 1202 $5,000 BONUS eligible for this position 7p - 7a E/O Weekend, & 3p - 11p every Friday, On-Call Responsibilities: Provides clinical services according to radiology practice standards and acts as a resource to other technologists to ensure optimal patient care and efficient departmental operations. Demonstrates understanding of computerized tomography imaging principles and theory, anatomy, positioning, and technique for obtaining optimal imaging studies. Demonstrates understanding of venipuncture techniques and practices for the administration of intravenous contrast media. Assists physicians in the performance of various studies . Requirements: Graduate from accredited school of radiological technology. CAT Scan certification BLS Frequent physical demands include: Standing , Walking , Carry objects , Push/Pull , Reaching forward , Reaching overhead , Wrist position deviation , Pinching/fine motor activities Occasional physical demands include: Sitting , Climbing (e.g., stairs or ladders) , Twisting , Bending , Squat/kneel/crawl , Keyboard use/repetitive motion Continuous physical demands include: Talk or Hear Lifting Floor to Waist 40 lbs.
