Location: - Bridgewater New Jersey Job Summary:The Client Executive is responsible for delivering high quality service to and administration of nonqualified executive and corporate owned life insurance plans within MetLife's corporate owned life insurance organization Specialized Benefit Resources, "SBR". - This role is generally responsible for building and nurturing strong business relationships with institutional customers and broker intermediaries. - This candidate is the center point of contact for all plan related inquires and reporting. - In addition, the client executive partners with a cross disciplinary teams (examples: tax, legal, actuarial, investments) to ensure implementations and ongoing servicing meets time and quality standards. - The Client Executive will also be involved in initiatives to simplify and enhance existing processes that enable higher customer satisfaction, retain assets, accelerate business growth and shareholder value. - Key Responsibilities:End to end plan administration for non- qualified and corporate sponsored insurance plansProvides proactive case management to ensure retention of assets for assigned casesDevelops customized communications for clientsReview and interpretation of documents for plans and customersContinual education on products, plans designs, and tax implications for insurance policiesSpecial projects as assigned by managementInvolved in initiatives for current processes and proceduresEssential Business Experience:
