Job Description:

Outdoor recreation planning firm seeks Professional Landscape Architect, Landscape Designer or Planner with GIS capabilities.

Avid Trails is one of America's leading trails and recreation design+build firms. We're looking to add to our passionate team of designers, planners and outdoor enthusiasts. You'll work on a variety of fun and rewarding projects, including recreation master planning, outdoor amenity design, creation of spatially-accurate maps and exhibits, concept renderings, construction drawings, and the like.

Our work takes us to projects all across America, but you'll be able to work from your home office. (All Avid Trails employees work remotely)

Candidates must have:

- APLD Certification, PLA, RLA or AICP credential
- Advanced skill with AutoCAD, ARCGIS or QGIS, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Twin Motion (or similar rendering software)
- Minimum two years professional experience
- Ability to produce Construction Drawings and plan sets
- Ability to geo-reference CAD files into GIS environment
- Rendering and modeling expertise
- Map rendering ability
- Home office (all Avid Trails personnel work remotely)
- Passion for outdoor recreation
