Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for processing credit due to customers and claims for the company with established deadlines.This position is important for customer satisfaction, inventory control, and company cash flow.Qualifications

• Business mathematical skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Ability to move parts up to 50lbs
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to multitaskResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Claims processing including shipments of returns to vendors
  • Processing customer returns and credits
  • Inventory reconciliation
  • Provide timely professional service
  • Ensure parts are correct and have no visible damage
    • Records and maintains accurate records
    • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule that may require starting as early as 6 am or staying as late as 8 pm

        • Inventory reconciliationCandidates requirements:
          • Must be at least 19 years old
          • Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
          • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule that may require starting as early as 6 am or staying as late as 8 pm
          • Comfortable with working independently but also able to work as a member of a team
          • Comfortable with general internet search engines and basic data entry programs
          • Must be detail oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
          • Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
