Job Description:

CRP Industries is looking to bring an intern to join our Product Data team to support our efforts in Digital Asset Management.


Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Request parts from warehouse to take images and return parts back to stock
Take product images (both static and 360)
Process and edit images using the appropriate software system(s)
Manage transferring of files to and from FTP server

The intern will also learn and assist in the following areas:
Validate and upload digital assets to the content management platform
Manage and publish digital assets within the content management platform
Reformat to customer's requirements
Keep customer's assets requirements & profile up to date
Manage monthly publishing jobs
Send images to customers upon request
Update and replace assets when necessary
Move obsolete assets if needed
Manage the updates and maintenance on content management platform
Assist in the design of workflow and best industry practices
Maintain accurate procedures and records for document control

Additional Responsibilities:
Support data integrity needs of the company
Review, analyze and create efficiencies in digital assets processes

• 
  
• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years' experience in similar role or any combination of education and experience
  
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Light Room
  
• Experience in a DAM (Digital Asset Management) system and/or aptitude to learn
  
• Knowledge of Digital Photography
  
• Analytical with the ability to organize data into meaningful information
  
• Excellent organization & analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  
• Strong computer skills for MS Office

  • Office environment. Daily use of wrists, hands, fingers, arms to use computer and phone. Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering and giving simple to complex information to a group. Must be able to move product up to 50lbs around to obtain accurate images with or without accommodation.
