Job Summary:
The EDI Implementation Specialist's purpose is to initiate the onboarding of EDI integration projects, support high volume activity, keep customers and internal EDI Support, WebAdmin & AX APP Support teams aware of upcoming milestones and open action items, while adjusting schedule to accommodate last minute urgent requests and changing priorities.This position will report to the Manager - EDI Implementation and to the SHI HQ 290 office in Somerset, NJ.

Include but not limited to: - -Joining customer calls for new onboarding projectsTrack activity and completion of new and existing integration projectsProvide updates to all parties involved in projects to reflect any changes and adjustmentsSupport high volume activity by using MS Planner and ExcelEscalating customer conflicts to managementProvide lists of tasks to the sales teams and ensure completion in order to create credentials and successful customer cataloguesRequests test invoices for test orders out of AX, confirm customer has received the invoice and troubleshoots basic EDI test invoicing issuesGuide and educate the salesforce in creating custom fields and the EDI Integration processConducting status meetings regarding integration setup process with suppliers, customers and salesCollecting and analyzing data within invoices and submit to Accounting for paymentMaintain and update EDI Implementation team process documentsManning team inbox and team public folders

Bachelor's Degree - -Minimum of 1 year -customer service experience -

Required Skills:
Ability -to work both individually and in a team -environment -Proficiency in MS office tools, such as Outlook, Word and Excel - -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Detail oriented - time management and prioritization skills -Capable of determining priorities, goals and objectives of assigned projects and -tasks -Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and -accuracy - -Ability to -working -effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally -Ability to complete tasks with efficiency and -accuracyProactive in finding solutions/ trouble shooting/ problem solving -Preferred Skills/Qualifications: -Experience using CRM and BI reporting -SharePoint Experience -1 year Inside Sales (IAM or IAE)/Outside Sales/Partner/Vendor support role -
