Aide to join our team. This position would be responsible for
providing personal care services to patients in their home or
alternate community setting.Responsibilities:Supports
organization's mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of
their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with
co-workersProvides personal care services as established in the
plan of careAssists patients with mobilization and
rehabilitationCommunicates with patients and their families on a
regular basisSubmits required documentation as per agency policy
and proceduresEnsures compliance of agency infection control and
safety policiesAdheres to the organization's policy in regards to
absenteeism and appearanceOmission of specific duties does not
exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or
a logical assignment for this positionQualifications:Home Health
Aide certification requiredHigh School Diploma/GED preferredStrong
communication and organizational skillsCar and a valid driver's
licenseExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsWorking
Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors with client/customer
contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches,
electrical bed, hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker,
wheelchair, household appliances, vacuum cleaner etc.INDNJThis job
