Position SummarySenior Specialist, Legal and Litigation Operations will perform a variety of duties related to electronic discovery management and review protocols, with a focus on data processing, document management, and support to attorneys and paralegals throughout all phases of the litigation process. Coordinate interviews related to active cases, legal hold process and litigation tracker. Processing of legal subpoena documents and escalation requests.Must be able to handle multiple tasks and functions simultaneously. This person will assist in creating and operationalizing efficiencies in the litigation and legal affairs operation's function. The individual will work closely with the head of the legal operations function to support department knowledge management policies and procedures. Coordinate resource allocation and productivity management. track activities, data, and other required information to provide periodic progress reports, and oversee assignment and completion of special practice group projects.
