Well renowned and established Consumer Goods organization based
out of Europe with offices located in New Jersey Client
DetailsGlobally recognized fine foods organization with multiple
brands within the snacks and confectionary industry Description

- Post and maintain job requisitions on various job boards and
source candidates
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications and manage
candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Conduct phone screens, schedule and conduct interviews
- Utilize ATS to manage open roles and track recruiting process
from beginning to end
- Actively source candidates using various platforms and job
sites to build a strong pipeline of candidates
- Communicate daily with hiring managers and other management
regarding hiring and dis-positioning candidates
- Serve as liaison between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide a positive experience to all candidates
- Creation and delivery of offer letters and/or dis-positioning
of candidates
- Drug testing and background checking as required by role
- Communicate new hire information with HR and Payroll
- Research, attend, or host job fairs and events as related to
recruitment needs of the company
- Create and maintain a pipeline of high caliber candidates
through sourcing efforts, referrals and direct applicants.
- Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders across
the organization in order to ensure managers buy-in and commitment
to hiring in order to reach company hiring goals.
- Conduct regular meetings to educate the business on recruiting
best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting
processes and tools.
- Participate in employer branding projects and other initiatives
to increase recruitment efficiency.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and analytics
- Manage external recruitment partners to ensure strong service
delivery
- Work flexible hours as necessary to accommodate candidate and
business schedules
- Travel to other Ferraro Foods locations as necessary
- Participate in special departmental projects as neededProfile
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting
experience.
- Recruitment in a distribution, manufacturing or food industry
preferred
- Proven ability to develop successful relationships with
business partners and team members.
- Experience in ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS preferred
- Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other key
recruitment tools and sites
- Working knowledge of Employment Law as it relates to State and
Federal Guidelines
- Excellence communication, presentation, negotiation and
relationship management skills.
- Computer experience, preferably with all Microsoft
applications
- Creativity and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a
fast paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferredJob OfferHighly competitive
