DESCRIPTIONThe Compensation and Benefits Specialist will oversee
the company's compensation and benefits globally, working closely
with the HR VP and Senior Director, CFO, and GM's and senior
leadership to standardize the strategy as well as improve current
policies and processes.The primary responsibilities of this role
will be:- Direct the HQ payroll process and run bi-weekly payroll-
Spearhead HRIS utilization globally for data tracking and
communications management- Engineer analyses of salary review and
incentive compensation for budgeting and planning- Maintain salary
and benefits analyses globally to verify pay bands by market for
business size- Mastermind recommendations for comp and benefits
changes based on data analysis and trends- Administer global annual
salary review process and incentive compensation payout- Manage
benefits vendor relationships and RFP process for benefits
vendorsEXPERIENCENEEDED- Experiencedatdeveloping analyses
anddata-drivenrecommendations for senior management- Working
knowledge of compensation and benefitson aglobalscale- 5 - 7 years
ofleadingcompensation and benefitsadministration- Proven diligence
and integrity in handling confidential information- Superior
organizational skills including strong attention to detail and
ability to juggle multiple projectssimultaneously- Excellent
written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Apps, and HRIS
software- Creative and innovative problem solver- Ability to work
independently and self-directed as well as collaborate
