OverviewThe Leader (Brand Manager) New Product Activation will be responsible for driving focus against key areas of strategic brand growth and transformation, for American Standard. They will act as the main point of brand contact supporting the activation and execution of new product initiatives, working hand in hand with the product development team, with key customers, and our Channel Marketing team to create integrated go to market innovation plans.Reporting to the Leader (Sr. Director) of the overall American Standard brand, the New Product Activation lead will be charged with unlocking opportunity areas of strategic importance to the brand across NPD, requiring focus and resource allocation. ResponsibilitiesLead new product activation by partnering with Product Development, Sales, Channel Marketing and Creative Services to develop and execute integrated launch plans including displays, sell sheets, online content, product reviews, installation videos, and shopper promotions (both online and offline).Supports top customer new product planning, engaging directly in the planning process and recommending key activities while ensuring follow-throughManages project budgets including POs and monthly reconciliation with the finance managerTracks new product development growth initiatives across the portfolio and shares areas of optimizationShare successes and best practices across the portfolio and through the company QualificationsBusiness-owner mindset: take initiative and get things done with a focus on resultsBachelor degree in marketing, business or related field, with 5-7 years of experienceAgile mindset, capable of responding quickly to changing marketplace dynamicsStrong influencing and collaboration skills; able to lead in a cross functional environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to travel domestically required (up to 10% of the time)Digital mindset with a strong understanding of content and social channelsPreferred qualifications:Budget management experienceAnalytic horsepower that translates data into insights and actionable recommendationsMonitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI)MBA with 5+ years of experience EEO StatementAS, AMERICA INC. is an equal opportunity employer.
